Microwave and fridge in the room the bed is comfy there are no bugs the place is a little outdated but for the price you really can't complain the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because the shower is horrible and there is no light so it's very dark but they do have security cameras and the place does not appear to be ghetto
It's a cheap motel. They do have cable with free HBO and a mini fridge and a microwave. The rooms are comfortable. Plus is quiet. I love my stay here.
My family and i had and emergency this was the only place available the lady at the front desk is very caring and i thank her very much Godbless!
Modest room at an appropriately priced modest rate of $53 even (2 adults). At most motels of similar amenities, a 2 star rating would be generous, however, what separates Sherwood Motel was the proprietor/concierge. I don't recall the name of this kind gentelman, but I was happily surprised by his eagerness to accommodate, inquiries of our contentment, and overall caring demeanor that he has maintained consistently on each of my three stays here. Can't find much better for the price, IMO.
Booking was easy, check in was totally simple too. I enjoyed the great customer service from the friendly staff. I will stay here again!

I went threw a nasty divorce and relocated back to Michigan Sherwood is by hands down a nice safe place to stay. It's quiet the owner and family are so kind.. the rooms are well kept and they keep this place very safe.. I recommend Sherwood over any other local motel. I have stayed at McGuire and the Highlander both motels were trash.. Hands down this is were I recommend anyone from out of town or in town to stay..
